Intimate Elopement at Midtown Park
/When it comes to getting married, there’s no right or wrong way. In fact, as someone who eloped to avoid the stress and financial responsibilities of wedding planning, I totally understand the concept of doing it tiny. I love weddings in all their forms, but there is something special about including ONLY those closest to you…and tying the knot in a ceremony meant only for yourselves and your maker.
That is exactly what Marquita and Donald did on their wedding day. They enlisted the help of a close friend who also happens to be a wedding planner, brought their pastor and closest friends along and hired me to document it all.
Everyone met at Midtown Park and formed a circle around the couple as they spoke their vows to each other. After a beautiful ceremony, we hung around for some photos and then they all went and enjoyed an awesome dinner at Dressler’s.
Perfect day? I think so!
