A DIY Home Wedding in Norwood, NC
/I consider myself lucky to have met Sierra. While her wedding was lowkey and laidback, she was one of the sweetest brides I’ve known. We had a blast shooting her gorgeous bridal session, that you may remember…especially because her portrait won the 2018 photo contest I set up. If you don’t remember, go check them out here!
Sierra and Seth’s original wedding photographer cancelled just a couple months before their wedding. So when we met, I was thrilled to be able to pick up such an awesome client!
Their wedding was super fun…full of laughs, jokes, and lots of friends and family who were there in full support. It was a beautiful thing to witness, but I wasn’t surprised…because Seth has been chasing Sierra since their childhood. So everyone was just kinda waiting on this to happen. Their love story truly is magical!
They danced the night away never once worrying about the little things. The only thing they cared about was having fun and loving each other. And that’s the way a wedding should be! Check out some of my favs below! Everything was done on their family’s properties, by family and friends or by Sierra herself. I’m tagging a couple vendors, but other than that y’all….Sierra put this thing on solely with the help of some amazing friends and family members!
Oh, the best part?? Sierra wore her mother’s wedding dress!! They adjusted and altered it so that it would fit Sierra’s style but I find it so endearing that both mother and daughter said their I do’s in this very dress!
