Jonica's Senior Prom Session at Midtown Shopping Center

My kid was not happy about the rain. At all. But I promised her we’d make her day amazing and we’d grab some amazing photos from it regardless and that’s exactly what we did.

This magical day started at Paige and Elliott where we got a beautiful two piece ensemble for Jonica to rock. We wanted to make sure no one else would have her gown and that’s exactly what happens when you get a signature piece from Paige and Elliott.

We took the dress to Dulce Alterations to get it altered to perfection and they even added a bustle so she could dance without worry.

Dana Raia Bridal glammed her up with a gorgeous smoky look reminiscent of the 1920’s.

All of this and I forgot to get her a corsage…so my husband ran to Harris Teeter, got a cute plant and I made do with a hair tie and some safety pins.

Jonica had a blast. After we knocked out some gorgeous photos, she and her girlfriends headed off to their senior prom in style. I’m glad to say it was a night she’ll remember for her lifetime!
