Family Session at Romare Bearden Park

Want to know what makes me super happy? When friends and family of my former clients book me for a session. You guys may not realize it or not, but what I do is art…and art is subjective…and that means that sometimes I lose sleep at night wondering if I’m making my clients happy.

Seriously. It’s true. Not everyone is super verbal about their photos so sometimes I send a gallery and never hear a thing. This is the emotional turmoil of every photographer. We want to know you like our work. We want to know that we provided you with something you cherish.

Nothing tells me you love my work more than your friends and family booking me as well. When Christy reached out about photos after I photographed her sister’s wedding, I was ecstatic!! It let me know that Erica (remember her sweet wedding? If not, check it out here!) was happy with her photos and that Christy trusted me to capture her family as well! Insert swelling heart here.

Christy, her hubby and two sons met me at Romare Bearden Park in Downtown Charlotte where we walked around laughing and having a good ol time while capturing some gorgeous images.
